After 20 years of medical experience and unique residency training that included time training in both the gynecology and anesthesiology specialties, the medical community recognizes his ability to provide compassionate and safe medical care and surgical procedures. He Dr. Kelly has trained physicians, both young and old, in the important technical aspects of providing safe and reliable surgical abortions and in the safe use of modern and effective anesthesia to assure a patient is comfortable at all times.
